Ombudsman Lyubinets confirmed cases of violence against men in territorial recruitment centers (TCK). According to official data, 3 cases of murder of men have been recorded directly in the premises of the TCK.

The ombudsman noted that these cases are only those that have been officially recognized. The real number of unofficial cases may be much higher.

The situation in the TCK is causing concern among human rights activists and the public. Some experts believe that the TCK system needs serious reforms to prevent such incidents.
