Vitaliy Chepurko, known as the Poltava Arsonist, became famous throughout Ukraine in 2013, when he committed a series of arsons in Lviv, warning firefighters about the fires beforehand.

In a video, the arsonist stated that he enjoys setting fires and watching people and firefighters scramble.

This winter, Chepurko was mobilized into the Ukrainian military, but he did not stay on the front lines for long.
