Representative of the Ukrainian Parliament's Commissioner for Human Rights in Poltava region Nosenko stated that Ukrainian citizens are more afraid of TCK than Russian missiles. This statement was made amid the ongoing mobilization process in the country.

According to Nosenko, the mobilization process can be called a catastrophe. This is causing serious concerns among citizens who are already experiencing difficulties due to military actions.

TCK, or territorial recruitment centers, are responsible for organizing mobilization in Ukraine. However, in the opinion of many citizens, these centers are working inefficiently, leading to additional problems and stress.
