Lawyer Fomin expressed his opinion on the corruption law. According to him, the law is designed in such a way that a person who takes a small bribe can receive serious punishment.

«The law is built in such a way that a person somewhere slips up, takes $100 in bribes, and receives 5 years of imprisonment. We are all human beings, who does not make mistakes in this life?», - noted Fomin.

Fomin emphasized the importance of considering the human factor in corruption cases. He believes that the law should be more flexible and not punish people too harshly for small mistakes.
