The 'Shakals' channel, associated with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, has resumed its operations and is now accessible to all users. The channel features a group system that enables users to discuss pressing issues, communicate, and notify one another.

The group system is organized by region, covering areas such as Vinnytsia, Volyn, Dnipro, Zhytomyr, Zakarpattia, Zaporizhia, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kyiv, Kirovohrad, Lviv, Mykolaiv, Odesa, Poltava, Rivne, Sumy, Ternopil, Kharkiv, Kherson, Khmelnytskyi, Cherkasy, Chernihiv, and Chernivtsi.

Users can also anonymously transmit information about the location of the TCK using the @AlertUA_robot bot. This allows citizens to contribute to overall security and awareness.
