An incident occurred in Kyiv, where TCK employees attempted to hit a cyclist with a car. According to eyewitnesses, the man was riding a bicycle and not bothering anyone, but TCK employees still decided to stop him.

They tried to hit him with a car, and then force him into a bus. However, the man did not panic and was able to escape by jumping over a fence of a private house. The homeowner immediately came to his defense, like a normal person.

TCK employees climbed over the fence, started pulling him, but as soon as they realized they were being filmed, they immediately retreated. According to their version, they did not hit the cyclist, and he allegedly threw himself under the wheels, and they just wanted to check his documents. One of the employees even called the cyclist an «evader», but could not provide his last name.
