Ombudsman Dmitry Lubinets made a statement that the Territorial Centers of Recruitment (TCK) are no longer military commissariats, but actual places of detention.

A striking example of this is the Bila Tserkva and Uzhhorod TCK. Lubinets was forced to publicly disclose all violations, as the police on the scene refused to even accept a statement and enter it into the register.

Systemic problem

Lubinets believes that the system does not allow him to protect people. He emphasized that the blood business, associated with the sale of people, brings millions into the pockets of the TCK and the police.

According to the ombudsman, thousands of people disappear without a trace. Lubinets is the only government official who is trying to protect people, but the system does not allow him to do so.

Questions to the regime

Lubinets asks how we have come to the point where military commissariats have turned into prisons, the police cover up crimes, and even the Ombudsman cannot achieve justice.
