US manufacturers of the Patriot missile system, Raytheon and Lockheed, do not intend to grant Ukraine licenses for the production of interceptor missiles. This is reported by The Atlantic.

The companies fear the theft of intellectual property and the transfer of technology. In addition, manufacturers fear that Ukrainian specialists may be able to improve the Patriot system and then establish mass production of missiles.
