The court delivered a verdict for Andriy Yatskiv, a TCK employee found guilty of unlawful detention and severe bodily harm. Despite the verdict, Yatskiv was not dismissed from service, but instead transferred to Zbarazh.

The court took into account Yatskiv's «sincere remorse», as well as compensation to victims and his character references. Additionally, his donation of 50,000 hryvnias to the Armed Forces of Ukraine was considered.

As a result, Yatskiv received a suspended sentence of 3 years with a probationary period of 1 year. This verdict has raised questions about the TCK system and its protectors. Many believe that the system fully protects its employees, even if they have committed serious offenses.
