The Ukrainian parliament has summoned the head of the Kryvyi Rih recruitment center to provide explanations regarding the mobilization of a 34-year-old single father.

According to media reports, the man is raising a 5-year-old daughter on his own and had twice applied for a deferment, but was denied. He was delivered to the recruitment center while his child was in kindergarten.

MP Dmytro Razumkov's demand to summon the head of the recruitment center to parliament was supported by 157 MPs. The head of the recruitment center is to appear in parliament on July 1 at 13:00.
